1. Each applicant for membership shall apply on a form as approved by the Board of Directors and which shall provide that the applicant agrees to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws. The application shall carry the endorsement of two members of the Club who are in good standing. The prospective member shall submit dues payment for the current year with the application. All applications are to be filed with the Corresponding Secretary and each application is to be read at the first meeting of the Board of Directors. The applicant may be elected as a member by affirmative votes of the Board of Directors or a two-third vote of the members present at the next regular meeting. Applications shall be held for a period of sixty (60) days following receipt during which time it shall be published in the Club Newsletter.
2. Applicants for membership who have been rejected by the Club shall be so notified by the Corresponding Secretary and may not reapply for membership for a period of six months after such rejection. All fees submitted by the applicant shall be returned.
